Which team has the best chance to make the playoffs

Ok, so must of us are aware of some of the more dominating teams in the NBA right now. Although the season hasn't started, we can all assume that the Lakers, Heat, Oklahoma, and the Pacers :obama:are pretty much shoe ins next year.. But of all the teams that didn't make the playoffs last year, who do you think can make the jump from mediocrity?

Obviously out of these teams is Brooklyn. Anyone saying otherwise is stupid.

Cavs, Bucks and 76ers will fight it out for the 8th seed in the East.
