It took me almost 3/4 of the year to finally give Klay some credit, and then last night happened. I knew I should have waited even longer.

I've never been on the Klay train. At the end of the year last year, I could see that having a tall SG like Klay could pay some dividends. He was finding his stroke at the end of the year last year.

My biggest complaint with him, he seems to take terrible shots, miss wide open ones, and mixes in missed layups as well. Jackson seems to give him the green light no matter what, and his shot selection is just so poor. There has been no improvement in that category for him. His 3 pt % is finally climbing just a little but he is still behind last year. His FG% is worse than last year. His turnovers are worse than last year. I just need to see some improvements from him and consistency and I just haven't seen it.

I was just starting to warm up to him and then he pulled that performance last night.

Jackson needs to encourage him to step in and stop chucking 3`s when his shots isnt falling. He couldnt hit ANYTHING last nite and he just kept shooting 3`s, the absolute worst strategy (mind u they needed points as they were down). But just god awful coaching to not encourage him to step in and get a better look. He actually finally benched him for Barnes in the final 2 mins, to his credit.

I can see your arguments and i agree that he still makes some mistakes but it's also just his 2nd year in the league. I actually like his play this season because he's more consistant and takes clutch shots. In my opinion, the shots he's taking are a result of the Warriors system that is fun to watch but can be frustrating at times. The turnovers seem to be a problem of the whole team this year not just of him but I agree 100% with you that he needs to improve some points of his game like driving to the basket.

I'll take Klay over a guy like Monta everytime though because Klay does a pretty good job on defense. Monta used to get owned on that side of the game and pretty much negate his great offensive plays.

Klay's size is the difference. However, with his skill set, and his basketball pedigree no way that dude should play and put up some of the shots he does.

ON the other hand you have HB who is shooting at a better percentage, doesn't force shots, can drive and finish, and turns the ball over less then Klay. Yet Jackson doesn't give him the free realm that Klay has. Doesn't even give him starter minutes at times, yet starts him. I just don't get why Jackson just gives Klay such free realm. Jackson's post game comments mentioned how bad Curry was last night, but no mention of Klay's performance.

Well i honestly have a hard time arguing with Jackson because he got us where we are right now. As a coach i would give Klay the green light too to be honest but i'd definitely like to see the ball in HB's hands more, he's just great. I'm sure Jackson also gives him a lot of freedom but HB just has a different mentality. He just doesn't want to make mistakes and play good defense. I think he will develop as time goes on and become more of a playmaker. He was such a great addition and i think he already silenced the doubters

A win vs. Utah Sunday clinches a playoff spot.

I'd really really like to hold on to that 6th spot, but its gonna be tough to hold off the Rox who have the tie breaker vs. us.

thats great :D keeping that 6th spot would be HUGE but it's going to be very tough. Golden State still has some tough opponents in OKC, Spurs and Lakers and the Rockets are playing great basketball right now. To be honest they are playing much better than the Warriors right now but i hope they can sneak in that 6th seed

What do you guys think about facing the Nuggets vs facing the Clippers?

Or at this point, as long suffering fans, is it just about making the playoffs and enjoying the ride?

I'm just going to enjoy the playoffs, however a series win would really help this team alot for experience.

I'm surprised we have kept our lead over the Rox the last month. But in doing so, maybe we can hold them off in the final few weeks push. The Parsons injury could be a concern to the Rox, although not serious.

As far as the Nugz and Clippers, The Galo injury is a huge blow for the Nugz. The Clips are a hard to to figure out. Right now Blake and DeAndre Jordan were getting called out a bit by the la press. So maybe they come out with something to prove in the playoffs.

The Warriors have found their stride again at the right time, I just hope we can follow through and keep this momentum to finish out the season. Last night down 18 on the road, they didn't panic and get it together. Everyone is playing well right now.

Primarily it's just about making the Playoffs and enjoying the ride because no matter who we face, the Warriors are going to be the underdog and have a very tough time to advance.

I'd rather face the Clippers than the Nuggets but looks like thats not going to happen anymore. Golden State played the Clippers well this season winning 3 out of 4 while they had huge trouble handling the Nuggets. Even without Gallinari, they are a very dangerous team even for the Thunder and Spurs

Well that sucked. Really can't be losing this game at home. Same mistakes for the reason for the loss the bad turnovers. We just have not improved on that. That's what really disappoints me and wish we had a veteran coach. I see zero improvement on the same mistakes this team constantly makes game in and game out. Bad bad turnovers too that caused multiple 4+ pt swings.
