LOL godspeed is the definition of a die hard fan that expects a little too much and blames whoever he hates after every single loss. If you go through his posts in this thread, you'll notice a constant bashing of Jackson and Thompson over and over again. It's pretty funny actually. I got love you for gs, as we have been the only Warrior fans around here for as long as I can remember, but I think you expect more out of them than I do.

Mark Jackson is a decent coach. He has these guys playing hard and believing in themselves. He has a system, whether you see it or not. He is young and still learning how to coach, give him some time.

Klay Thompson is good and is going to get better. I don't think he is better than Barnes and I don't think he will be better than Barnes, but he is out there because he is a better spot up shooter than Barnes and takes some pressure off Curry. You don't tell a pure shooter like Thompson to stop shooting or step in because he is off. Jackson fully believes in Klay and that is going to help Klay develop into the shooter he can become. If Jackson starts telling him otherwise he can really hurt his confidence and potential down the road.

This team is incredibly young all around. They are doing better than most people thought and showing a ton of effort. Jackson deserves a lot of credit for that. Jackson also knows that he must be patient and get better with the team. Nobody thinks this team is going to win the NBA Finals. They have a good shot at making the playoffs and that is what they are all playing for.

Have some wins slipped away from them? Of course, but they've stolen a lot of wins as well.

And you simply can't put blame the turnovers all on the coach. The players are to blame just as much, if not more.

But yes - must win tonight vs. the T'Wolves.

HAHAHA, I know man, but I'm really trying to like Klay and MJ. I gave Klay some credit a few weeks back then the next game he went to pissing me off again...hahaha!!

My issue with the young team and the turnovers is also tied into an inexperienced coach. I just always felt we should have went with an experienced coach.

The only reason I may expect a little more from this team because I feel we have some talent for the first time in a long long while. Even with the We Believe team, I think this team might be better especially with guys like Landry and Jack off the bench just because they are a little more diverse than the run and gun nellie team.

The problem is the Western Conference is extremely extremely good. The Warriors haven't clinched a playoff spot yet 11 games over .500 and meanwhile in the East the Bucks already clinched their playoff berth over the weekend at 2 games under .500...lol.

I agree with everything you've said.

Question, do you think a more experienced coach would have the warriors at a better spot right now?

If so, who do you have in mind or who did you want instead of Jackson?

Also, I didn't get to watch tonights game. Thoughts W2B? GS?

Glad to see they made the playoffs, but I won't get that excited unless they get that 6th seed. They got no shot against OKC or SA.

                PLAYOFFFSSSS !!!!!!!!

Klay had back to back good games. His game vs. Utah Sunday is what he needs to do more of. He needs to take the ball inside and drive. He is long and tall for a SG and this will make him even more dangerous. His problem though he has had major issues finishing layups and drives and makes him reluctant to do this more often. Last night in the first half he was in Curry human torch mode in the 1st half. Bogut did very well on the boards too, but he looked like he was in pain or real fatigued. I still don't think he is right.

Houston got a crazy buzzer beater win last night, that would have been huge if they would have lost. We got a tough schedule left, I don't know if we can hold on to the 6th spot. I'm really hoping we can.

Jackson has to make sure these guys don't get complacent just because they clinched. Seeding for this team is very important matchup wise imo.

                    :dance5:

I'm one happy guy right now. Seeing the Warriors in the Playoffs just the 2nd time in my life and went through sooo many disappointing years. This will be a great experience for these young guys even though i don't expect them to go far. They are just too inexperienced but they'll sure learn A LOT

Ugly game and the main reason why the warriors need to hang on to the 6th spot but it may be too late. If Houston wins tonight we are probably gonna be the 7 seed just by lookingnat remaining scheds. If we want a shot at it, rox have to lose tonight and we have to win. Rox have two easy games after this and then the lakers to finish the season.

Bogut's inury could hurt but they said they weren't too concerned and he wasn't even getting xrays on it. Last game i could tell he was in some pain and he just doesn't look healthy.

klay cannot be consistent for me than two games, that was a real bad game for him last night.

Lakers have won 34 of the last 37 at home vs. the Warriors. The last 9 meetings in LA the Lakers have beaten the Warriors by an average of 15 pts.

Hoping for a win, it would be huge.

Kobe will be playing another 40+ minutes and he plays no type of off ball defense you guys should be knocking down corner 3's all the game.
