Wizards won't draft anyone other than Otto Porter if he is there. That's about as "locked" pick in the draft as you can get.

Where have you heard that? I've heard they're very high on Bennett as well

All over the place in MD radio and newspapers. It basically goes

          1A. Porter
          1B. Bennett

No other players. 1 of those 2 will be available.

Personally I hope they draft Porter. I see too much of a Blatche attitude in Bennett

If Noel is there though I take him. Let him sit next year, this team has already proven its a playoff bound team when healthy though with the talent in next years draft I would actually hope for a top5 pick. Then were one free agent signing away from a solid all around starting 5.

Victor Oladipo got the highest rating from Chad Ford's survey of NBA execs. He's considered the safest pick in the draft, with Otto Porter right behind him.

Today Chad Ford said Tony Snell is making a big push up draft boards and is seen as a Paul George type talent.

Anthony Bennett has gained 18 pounds since season ended. Has been sidelined and not been able to workout.

                            Rumblings from Stein & Ford...

                            - The Sacramento Kings are looking to acquire a second first-round pick and are using guard Jimmer Fredette as bait. Sources say the Kings have reached out to a number of teams in the mid-to-late first round in an attempt to secure another pick. Both the Indiana Pacers and Utah Jazz are potential destinations for Jimmer. Kings coach Mike Malone is enamored with both Tim Hardaway Jr. and Tony Snell, but the Kings feel that they can get them much lower in the draft.

                            - In addition to the Pacers' Jimmer discussions, sources say Indiana has made the No. 23 pick available in hopes that an interested party would be willing to take on the contract of Gerald Green for the right to acquire Indy's pick.

                            - The Brooklyn Nets are trying to find a home for their 2011 first-round selection, MarShon Brooks. Sources say the Nets are trying to land a second first-rounder in return. One team to watch is the Minnesota Timberwolves. If the Wolves will give the Nets the No. 26 pick in return, they'll probably have a deal on draft night.

                            - The Wolves continue to try to move higher up in the draft to get their hands on Victor Oladipo. They're offering Derrick Williams, the No. 9 and the No. 26 pick to move up, but so far haven't found a taker. New Wolves GM Flip Saunders is enamored with Oladipo.

According to Sam Amico from Fox Sports Ohio, the Indiana Pacers are extremely interested in trading for Brandon Jennings from the Milwaukee Bucks. Rumors claim that the Pacers are offering Danny Granger in a sign-and-trade for Brandon Jennings.

This sort of deal would clear a ton of cap space for the Bucks, and also improve their depth at the small forward position. With Granger aboard, Luc Mbah a Moute would be coming off the bench for Milwaukee, which gives the Bucks more options.

This also makes sense for the Indiana Pacers, since the emergence of Paul George has made Granger less valuable to the franchise. They could use a consistent and deadly scorer like Brandon Jennings. He isn’t a top point guard in the league, but has shown solid potential and has proven to be one of the best scorers among todays NBA point guards.
I hate fucking hate this franchise.
