Referrees calling questionable fouls is part of any professional sport, human error will always be there. In the nba it is a lot more apparent due to the superstar focus in the league. Yes, the lakers are #1 in free throws attempted, but with 1 allstar, 4 NBA superstars, and the Laker logo, I don't think anyone did not expect this type of outcome. Kobe and Dwight are 4th and 3rd in free throws attempted, 555 and 626 respectively with Artest & Gasol rounding up at 160 and 149. As to the claim of the Laker's getting favorable call's most of the time, yes it happens, but it is not the sole reason for the lakers past success and current season's victories. As I stated before though, every team could have a showcase video showing fouls that went for or against them.
