Women's soccer has it's fair share of lesbians as well (I actually dated a soccer girl in college and she said their were about 7-8 on the team), but it's probably third on that list behind basketball and softball.
Women's soccer is great. I grew up around it, one of my older sisters played club and high school soccer, and I definitely agree about how there is less flopping. It's like the women are afraid to show weakness (chip on the old shoulder? something to prove?) and won't flop. I've also seen some "professional" women racquetball players and they are wayyy more agressive than the men.

The GenPop doesn't care when an obvious lesbian "comes out of the closet" (as if she was ever in it, anyway).

I don't even know if the GenPop really cares about a gay athlete coming out and I don't think 99% of a locker room really cares, it just seems to be an agenda the LBGT/Media seems to be pushing. As is, there are several players in every locker room that are suspect and most on the team are already aware. Whether or not they were out on front street would probably shock no one and it'd be just business as usual for the team outside of having to deal with unnecessary media meddling.

And the Sparks held a promotion at a lesbian night club once, So figure it out.
actually rams brings a good point imo. lets say baskteball was predominately lesbos that excelled. The culture in the US still to this day is anti homo regardless. Now i know iy would be less then gay players, but still with the horrible ratings, having all lesbos would make it worse.

whats the lesbo demographic and how much do they spend?
