He was the assistant GM in Toronto before heading to Denver where he managed to keep the Nuggets strong in the aftermath of the Carmelo Anthony trade. This would be huge for Toronto.

I understand the Nuggets don't typically pay their executives a ton of money but this would be a huge mistake on their behalf. Ujiri has already IMO cemented his status as a top executive in the NBA. That'd be a huge loss for them.

Good for the Raptors though. Would be great to see them build a winner.

Well no that probably won't happen. Ujiri is one of the best minds in basketball though so if anyone could turn the Raptors into something it's him. It may require ANOTHER trade of Rudy or perhaps getting the right guys around Rudy.
