      Schilling- Yes

      Kenny Rogers- No.

      Pettite- No

      Pudge- LOCK

Pedro Martinez- LOCK (btw, Maddux, Clemens & Randy Johnson all have more wins, cy youngs, strikeouts, etc. but I'd take a healthy Pedro to win one game over any of them with the possible exception of Johnson)

Thome- yes (I think he'll get in but like some others have said, I don't get that HOF feeling from him)

Mark McGwire- no (tough case; just hard to make up the necessary ground he needs to get in)

      Posada- No.

      John Smoltz- yes

      Mussina- yes (eventually)

      Derek Jeter- LOCK

      Mariano Rivera- LOCK

      Manny Ramirez- LOCK

Larry Walker- Maybe (I can see it both ways on him)

Jeff Kent- Maybe (another guy I can see it both ways on)

Carlos Delgado- Yes (awesome power #'s; will likely approach & possibly surpass 600 hrs & 1800 rbi)

      Craig Biggio- Yes

      Frank Thomas - LOCK

To add a few for you to chew on:

      Trevor Hoffman
      Sammy Sosa
      Gary Sheffield
      Vladimir Guerrero

Schilling- maybe. I honestly think his mouth is going to hold him off for a little. Also, hall voters have proven they don't like "accumulators" (see - Bert Blyleven).

        Kenny Rogers- No.

        Pettite- No

        Pudge- 1st ballot.

        Pedro Martinez- Probably first ballot

Thome- 500 HRs and no steroid rumors? Yes.

Mark McGwire- Not on the regular ballot. Possibly on the vets committee.

        Posada- No.

John Smoltz- Yes. If he hadn't voluntarily become a closer (and got 154 saves in those 4 years), he'd be at 250 wins already.

Mussina- maybe. The 20 win season helps, but, similar to Schilling, he was never the best pitcher in the league, and rarely enough the best on his own team.

Derek Jeter- 1st ballot. He'll potentially have 3500+ hits when he's done, and could end up #3 or #4 all time.

        Mariano Rivera- Probably 1st ballot.

Manny Ramirez- 1st ballot. Also, the HOF chooses the hats since the whole Wade Boggs thing.

Larry Walker - Maybe. WIll be interesting to see the Colorado effect.

Jeff Kent- Probably, almost definitely. It will take a few years.

Carlos Delgado- Probably, as another 500+ HR guy without steroid allegations.

Craig Biggio- Yes. 3000 hits. Not 1st ballot, but not more than 5 years or so.

Frank Thomas - Yes, probably not first ballot, but within a few years. Besides Griffey, was likely the most feared hitter in the mid 90s. Again, 500+ HR, no steroid allegations.

Trevor Hoffman - Yes, but if Mo retires within 4 years of Hoffman, Mo will get in first.

Sammy Sosa - No. At the very least, not before McGwire.

Gary Sheffield - Tough call. Feared hitter, but was one of the first guys with roid allegations after Bonds. Considering how the voters are reacting to McGwire, a bunch of guys will get in before him.

Vladimir Guerrero - Yes. Interesting fact - he's finished top 25 in the MVP Voting EVERY YEAR since 1998! Only once was he out of the top 17.

        Two more:
        Edgar Martinez
        David Ortiz
