There is some moderate interest around the league in Rivers. Bucks among the teams interested. Clipps are too. But I’ve been told the Pelicans are pushing for an even bigger deal that would ship off Tyreke Evans and/or Eric Gordon.

The Milwaukee Bucks have been receiving calls about Ersan Ilyasova recently, but the team is unlikely to part ways with him unless they receive an offer they can’t refuse, according to league sources. Milwaukee’s asking price on Ilyasova has been incredibly high, and sources say it’s because owner Herb Kohl is a huge fan of Ilyasova and believes that he can be a star player in the NBA.

I know it's not lost on some that the players Bucks trying hard to trade are two players they never should've acquired in the first place.

I want Russ to be fully healthy when he comes back. They can afford to let him sit for a little while longer if he's not fully up to it.

That being said, I would very much like to see him play tonight. I miss watching him play.

This and last years draft have been two of the best moments as a Sixers fan since Iverson was here. Finally a guy is running the team who actually knows what it takes to eventually build a winner in the league. No more middling players, no more trying all we can do to stay at the 7-8 seed for years. This guy has a plan to build through the draft and acquire top talent. IF this all pans out, we could be rising to the top of the East right when the Heat are coming back to earth.
