Brandon Bass? Wow...

MVP: LeBron James (Runners Up: Dwayne Wade, Chris Paul.. all are deserving but this is LeBron's year to win it. Took his team to the best record in the league and just had a flat out dominating season. Both other players had legit MVP seasons, as did Kobe.)

MIP: Devin Harris (Runners Up: John Salmons, Andrea Bargnani.. Andrea who wont get the love, but dude has been phenomenal since Sam Mitchell got fired. Hes far from the bust some people have labeled him as. Hes going to be a very, very good all-around player.. very few guys can shoot and drive aswell as have the size, speed, and versatility as Andrea. Good things in his future. Salmons has also been a beast this year, without question. If not for Harris' all-star year, Salmons is definitely my pick. Id say Danny Granger but IMO he was already a candidate last year.)

COY: Mike Brown (Runners Up: Stan Van Gundy, Eric Spolstra.. Spolstra has done a great job implementing a defensive scheme in Miami, and making the best out of the limited pieces Miami has outside of Wade. Van Gundy has gotten the best out of Turk, D12, Jameer Nelson and others. And the Magic recovered nicely from losing Jameer.)

6th Man: Jason Terry (Runners Up: Nate Robinson, JR Smith.. JR and Nate both saw time starting.. but will likely get 6th man votes. Regardless, Terry is the answer. No questions asked.)

DPOY: Dwight Howard (Runners Up: Dwayne Wade, LeBron James.. its really amazing that the top offensive players are also the top defensive players in the league. Chris Paul is right there aswell. Props to my dude Birdman Anderson, not enough PT tho)

ROY: Derrick Rose (Runners Up: Brook Lopez, OJ Mayo.. Lopez didnt get enough love this year... Rose took his team to the playoffs, so he gets the hardware, but Lopez has been outstanding early and has huge upside. OJ Mayo is a straight up baller.)

Comeback Player: Troy Murphy (Runners Up: Fuck the rest.. I dont even know if they still give this award out. Murph has finally shown his potential and has become an absolute stud under Jim O'Brien and that mini run-n-gun system in Indiana. But the biggest factor has been health. Obviously Wade is the real comeback player, but I had to show Murph some love here.)

To be honest, I really don't know all that much about Brandon Bass. I was watching a game and he was one of the three finalists on the show and they were saying he would get it so I just picked him. I don't know enough about MIP to make a valid judgment. I think we all knew Harris would play the way he did so that's why I didn't give it to him.
