Bulls Had Hometown Refeerees For Game 4

The NBA assigned two Chicago natives, Bill Kennedy and Dan Crawford, to referee Game 4 of the first round series between the Bulls and Celtics.

Kennedy was controversially involved in an incident with Doc Rivers during a March win by Chicago in which both were fined by the league for jawing. The source also said that after the game family members of both referees departed wearing Bulls gear.

      nice fucking thread!
"From the time he hits the court, he plays at a competitive level that you rarely see," Popovich says. "He does the exact same things that Kobe (Bryant) does, that Michael Jordan did.

Because what is there to say? If Hickory High School plays Andersonville, and the two refs for the game are from Andersonville (population 250), then you may have a point. Chicago is somewhat larger than Andersonville, so the fact that two of the refs in the are actually from Chicago shouldn't be a news item. Seriously, what did you expect people to say?

David Stern wants to milk this series for all it's worth. The more games, the more money. The more excitement the Bulls create by taking a couple games, means the more fans watching at home, which equals better ratings, David Stern is a huge D-Bag. I don't like him at all. He's all about business.

Lol at people finding it so hard to believe that the NBA wants money just like anyone else, it makes complete sense that they would milk every series for all that they are worth.

Yeah, I saw that. I'm not saying they have total control, but when it comes down to it, the NBA wants every series to go 7 games.
