The problem with this, from the fans point of view. Stern and CO. suspended Dwight on the spot, after the tape was reviewed. They seem to have batted an eye at Boston and Rajon Rondo with his incident. I mean if you want to see dirty plays, watch the Heat/Hawks. These two teams have practically fought one another for 6 games now and no one is raising a flag in that series.
You have two of the most prolific dynasties in the NBA. The Celtics and all those Championships, the Bulls wanting to feel the 90's again. Here's a lot of reason why the pot is being stirred. Both sides, obviously biased, are putting out points. The Bulls side wants Rajon Suspended because it betters their chance of "upsetting" the Boston Celtics. The Boston side wants Rajon to play, they don't want to be eliminated by the baby Bulls without Rajon at least playing in the game.
What it comes down to is, neither side is going to change the argument one way or another. If Chicago loses tonight, they'll point the finger at the rest of the league and cry for justice. If the Celtics lose, they'll have nothing but sloppy play to blame. It's drama, it fuels the NBA interest, so the NBA will just sit back and reap all the rewards as we tune in tonight and the rest of the NBA Playoffs.
