I agree with this. I wouldn't take Thabeet unless I already had an established center and needed a defensive presence on the second unit. Even then, I'd be hesitant cuz Thabeet is soft.

I want to see the Griz trade up to grabe Griffin, the Clippers would at least consider the idea since there isn't such a huge drop off between rubio and griffin.

      Conley
      Mayo
      Gay
      Griffin
      Gasol

      BEAST...in 2k9 anyway...

I agree with you. Whoever we get at the 5 pick will make us a much stronger team than we should be.

For everyone that's saying the Grizzlies should take Rubio, you have no idea how much they've invested in Conley, and they're probably not going to put that to waste. They've had numerous opportunities to trade him that have been turned down.

It might be a very small stretch, but I think if they keep the pick Jordan Hill is the best option. I can see him being able to start right away and completing their future line-up potentially. They may suck terribly on D but that is one solid offensive team. Defense will come from experience.

I actaully think that the Clippers should either tradedown, or trade the pick all together. If they keep the pick and draft Griffin it will cause all kinda of controversy. Griffin is obviously better then Randolph and Randoph doesnt want to be benched.Plus Randolph is making a shit load of money. This coming from a Clippers fan.

Rubio might dorop out of the draft. He recently injured his hip. If he stays in the draft is draft stock is most likely to lower.

No way in hell the Clippers are trading the pick, especially if they already said who they're picking.

"From the time he hits the court, he plays at a competitive level that you rarely see," Popovich says. "He does the exact same things that Kobe (Bryant) does, that Michael Jordan did.

I hate randolph with a passion. MFer is the worst player ive ever seen.

I saw a game where the Clips were down by 2 and dude gets the ball at top of the key then he dribble and tries to juke the defender then launches a 24 footer to win the game. WTF is a guy whos supposed to be your ceneter doing sht like that for?
