Rumor: Clippers Could Send A Surplus Big To Chicago For Hinrich

The Clippers reportedly have shown interest in Kirk Hinrich and Tuesday's lottery can eventually lead to trade discussions with the Bulls.

Mike Dunleavy will be motivated to trade Zach Randolph, Marcus Camby or Chris Kaman in order to make room for Blake Griffin. The Bulls have shown interest in Camby and Kaman in the past.

    1985 Record: 42-40 (7th in west; 1st round exit)
1986 Record: 51-31 (3rd in west; swept in finals)

I like Randolph for Hinrich for both sides, but I don't think that works salary wise straight up. I suppose Camby for Hinrich isn't bad, but the Bulls don't really get too much out of it besides cap relief.

Doubt the bulls would take Randolph. I could see them taking Kaman but then again, he's proved to be kinda injury prone. God I love the offseason/trade rumors.

Hinrich was in rumors like crazy last year and this year seems to be no different.

I don't see the Clips being able to unload Randolph to anywone, because his production and style of play doesn't match the contract. However, if the Bulls could get Kaman they'd have a legit low post scoring big, which is what they've always needed. However, Hinrich isn't enough to get Kaman.

In all honesty, Zeebo does have a pretty solid midrange jumper that complements his post game and would fit nicely alongside Noah. Sure there are plenty of negatives that come with him like his lack of any defense whatsoever, but he can score and rebound with the best.

ZBO is wet from midrange. All he needs to do is post up then fadeaway and he'll make it every time.

Randolph has plenty of talent, but his heart/motivation is serious in wuestion as he has little to ZERO incentive to play hard with his contract guarnateed

One question about stats on that play. Had someone recovered the ball before it went out of bounds, would that have counted as a rebound or does a rebound only count if the ball hits the backboard/rim?

I know that has nothing to do with Randolph, lol. Man that was hella funny to watch. Had to watch again just so I could have another laugh for the day.
lmfao. You sound like me when I try to talk baseball an ask "Whats an RBI?". But no it would not have counted you basketball n00000b.

It may be hard to keep Ben Gordon from free agency. If the Bulls don't resign him I would really like to see Hinrich at the SG position to be honest. But then again Salmons could fill that SG spot when Deng comes back...

I don't profess to be an NBA genius, but Randolph's numbers seem pretty damned impressive.

Randolph isn't a horrible player on offense. He's actually pretty damn good when he wants to be. The problem is, half the time he doesn't care. He does a lot of stupid shit that causes his teams to lose games, and destroys team chemistry.

The Bulls need a low post scorer and Randolph could be that guy. However, with a new GM and a recently new coach, coupled with a young point guard, I think Randolph would be too much of a risk for the Bulls to take.

Camby is a weak side/help defender. The Bulls have enough of those. Either they get Kaman or Randolph, or I don't see the trade benefiting them that much.

Randolph would fit the Bulls...low post scorer...all around scorer pretty much but he leaves a lot to be desired. Will the bulls take a chance on Zeebo, because he IS what they need...he can provide easy buckets down low, while Tyrus thinks he's a SG...smh.

I doubt the Bulls are taking Z-Bo but they'd have to be tempted to take Kaman or Camby for Hinrich. I still think Kaman is a beast if he stays healthy and a huge steal for whoever ends up with him.
