now you talking from the ass, plenty of teams have lines that are straight garbage.so your telling me just because a qb behind a poor line, who puts up average numbers should be considered a MVP candidate........Come on man.

plus the steelers don't rely on just one player for big plays, everyone seems to step up at the right time

It's gotta be a defensive player. btw Cassel deserves MVP more than big ben.
Why does it HAVE to be a defensive player?

          New England? Indianapolis?

New England allows nearly more sacks per game than anyone. Indy is just straight garbage because of injuries and poor talent.

lmao. dude stfu. the colts have like a 9 game winning streak...tops in the league.

englands o line isnt bad, most of those sacks came from cassell holding on to the ball earlier in the year. next?

              Kid your a joke.

All I'm saying is that with just as bad lines, both of those quarterbacks are more MVP worthy than fucking Big Ben.

              kthanks.

Wow , and big ben doesnt hold onto it too long? its well known that big ben often holds onto it longer than he should because he beleives with his size/attributes he can make plays , steelers oline isint that bad (not good either), please , dont show me the sacks . Big Ben is a good/Great qb but he does hold onto the ball too long alot

AP, or Peyton Manning. I don't like both of them anyway, but you have to give it up to the best.

Warner is garbage he got those numbers because he has the best WR trio in the NFL and plays in a VERY weak division...6 games against scrub teams would help anybody...D.Williams should get it if Carolina wins tonight..he's a darkhorse and wont get it because Carolina doesnt get a lot of press coverage.

IDk i really think Williams should get it if the Panthers get #1 seed...it will be a great player, leading the league in TD's on the number 1 team...thats what the MVP is/has been all about.

I broke down the stats for Turner and Peterson earlier in this topic...but look at these spliiting a majority of the carries

                          D.Williams: 234 car 1269 yds 17 rush TD's 2 rec Td's (stats up until HALFTIME vs Giants)

I think he will break the NFL Record for most sacks in one season. The Record is 23.5 so he needs 5 more sacks to break it.
Yo aso what was that you where saying about Gaither, Gaither blocked him perfectly all night, the one play Gaither does not block Ware, ware got his sack (terry was blocking) so Gaither is a great pass blocking tackle and he aint gets destroyed so just thought id point out you wher wrong as Gaither destroyed Ware. Jared Gaither = pass blocking legend

^ That is just awesome. big props to you. No seriously you deserve an award.

There is a reason for it. One i don't feel like going into right now, but its pretty obvious why he only had one sack.
