Posting stats that show why he was the best running back in the nation last year doesn't classify as dick riding. That would be "OMG YOUR AN IDIOT, BEST IS SO GOOD!!". Buck simply was showing if you have 8 yards per carry as a feature back and lead the nation in all purpose yards then you have the right to be called the best running back coming into this season.
Best: 194 Carries. 1580 yards. 15 TDs.
Devine: 206 Carries. 1289 yards. 4 TDs.
Spiller: 116 Carries. 629 yards. 7 TDs.
Murray: 179 Carries. 1002 yards. 14 TDs.
Dwyer: 200 carries. 1395 yards. 12 TDs.
