JaMarcus Russell = ProBowl this year, cause he put up good stats at LSU.

Taylor Mays is not only physically the most intimidating football player on the planet, but he is also one of the most fearsome human beings on the planet.

Last year the USC football team threw a party for Mays. He ate the entire cake before they could tell him there was a stripper in it.

          True story.

The stripper had as many interceptions as he did last season.

USC has made tons of good football players, Mays will just continue their legacy

He won't slip out of the 1st round, not when he plays exactly how a SS is supposed to play, hard and dominating

If you don't like Mays that's fine, but the fact is that he is one of the best safeties in college football and will be a 1st round draft pick. He's obviously good. How good is up to you, but anyone with a two eyes knows that he is the sexiest man alive.

I hope no one here is stupid enough to argue Mays isn't a first round pick, he would have went in the top 10 if he would have came out this year.

Mays is a great athlete, not a great safety.

I hope the Falcons draft him next year, but I doubt he will drop that low.

Safeties usually have to be able to cover.

I would love to argue it. He's exactly what Michael Johnson was at the defensive end position this year... athletically, you fall in love with him. But he just doesn't make plays.

The same Michael Johnson that was a top-10 pick last year, that went in the third round this year. These things happen.

The few games I watched USC Mays struggled in coverage, and in particular in stuck out to me that Dane Sanzenbacher in particular was able to do well against him.

Then again, it may have been a matter of the scheme they were in at the time or just him roving and being there when a teammate got beat.
