Cowboys miss the playoffs again. Tony Romo who hits a wall in December and is a sure thing for having several terrible games during the season and Wade Phillips one of the worst coaches in the NFL will be successful ending their season in December.

Bill Parcells and Jeff Ireland drafted most of the talent on that team and had not it been for the Romo chokejob in the playoffs they likely win a playoff game during his tenure.
