Same here Archer. I've heard this about Houston's going to shock everyone and win the division, when I haven't seen it yet and don't see it this year. I think they'll finish either 9-7 or 10-6, but it's still Tennessee and Indy coming out of that division as the playoff teams.

For 2-3 years now people have been saying that Houston are going to push for the playoffs and be "the up and coming team in the afc" and even push for the division but yet they never do. I feel like im reading last seasons articles all over again about how Houston are ready to go past Indy because they finished off so well.
Just saying.
I will add.. Houston will go as far as Matt Schaub will take them. If he misses another 4-6 games in 2009, they will not win the division.
But when Schaub is healthy, the Texans are an entirely different team.Last edited by Hasselbeck; 06-22-2009, 02:11 PM.Originally posted by ram29jacksonI already said months ago that Seattle wasn't winning any SBComment

Kind of. The Cardinals still only went 9-7 despite being the lone team in their division with a winning record. Props for almost winning the Super Bowl, but it did have an element of luck.Comment

Yes - they got hot at the perfect time, but that offense was playing like that at the beginning of the year too.. just no one really cared because it was the Cardinals.Originally posted by ram29jacksonI already said months ago that Seattle wasn't winning any SBComment

That 9-7 record was deceiving. I believe they just as easily could have won 11 or 12 games but they dogged it the last several games with the division wrapped up.

(Jets and Pats Blowout) . Lets face it if you were above average last season there its like 6 free wins over there . I think the Seahawks will take that division this year anyways but thats another topic
I can see why you say Houston will do well but like i say , every year its the same thing . "Houston are ready to break out" ... well until they do i will keep on doubting itLast edited by Archer; 06-22-2009, 05:16 PM.Comment
