I didnt read the article but Rivers got beat in skills comp that is several events
Lebron may have mistimed his jump and got dunked on once. One play, but Rivers lost an overall competition, thats much worse IMO than one play

Both of these things are being blown way out porportion. Beating an NFL QB in a competition is a nice accomplishment & confidence booster for the kid but not the same as actually being a better QB. Same goes for dunking on an NBA player. In summer league games around here (Raleigh) some young guy dunks on an NBA player almost every year. No biggie.
