Eagles

Not keeping a balanced offensive attack.

Giving up on the run too early.

Not valuing the WR position when they pass so much.

Having an arrogant attitude(front office) when they haven't won a Super Bowl.

No loyalty to veteran players(once you hit 30 on the Eagles, you better start counting down your days in Philly). I will say though that it does seem to work out for them most of the time, but it still sucks to see and how blatant they are about it.
