For the Falcons:

over rated: Chris Houston

hes got the #1 CB spot on the team locked even though he gets beat all the time and makes stupid mistakes, that said there isnt much experience at CB for the Falcons in the first place.

under rated: Jonathon Babineaux or Justin Blalock

both are players who can consistently make plays but get absolutely no love at their positions and both rarely make mistakes.

Yeah Chris Houston is a straight BUM. Hopefully he proves me wrong this year, I doubt it though.

Underrated: Jason Jones. He was so dominant against the Steelers and will have a huge year.

Underrated: Jason Hanson, amazing kicker who isn't in the spotlight because of the Lions. I think he was 8 for 8 from 50 yards last season, or it may have been 07.

Overrated: Ernie Sims, he's a solid linebacker but he tends to miss a lot of tackles by going for the big hit and being to aggressive. This may be because our defense is terrible and he thinks its up to him to make a play every time.

Overrated: Hate to say it but it very well could be Lofa Tatupu

Underrated: John Carlson. GREAT hands and a great route runner.

He'd draw HOF consideration had he played for a championship caliber team all these years. He really is a great kicker.


Overated: OJ Atogwe. Constantly gets lost in coverage.

Underated: Ron Bartell. One of the best CB's in the league. Nobody knows who he is.

Still, four sacks against in one game against one of the top tier teams in the league is pretty impressive.
