The San Fran playoff game is obviously the worst but it kind of built and built and you could feel the momentum changing throughout the 2nd half. I was more numb than anything after that.

One smaller moment that really pissed me off was a game against the Eagles in 03. We had contained them pretty well and were up by like 4 with a couple minutes left. We punt and Westbrook takes it back like 80 yards for a TD. A couple of guys had a chance to push him out of bounds too but that team sucked. That was a remote breaker..

I am male. The only emotions I have are hunger and orgasm. I do get a bit misty eyed when I hear her say "put it in my butt".

Many games in this past season spawned long rants on MM. Lowlights of last season include losing to the Vikings 12-10, blowing a 17-0 lead on the Bucs, Culpepper throwing the ball directly into the hands of the Panthers DB and costing us the game, and losing a close game against the Colts due to some shitty 5th string corner guarding Reggie Wayne.

I don't cry, I get pissed off. I'm sure if we (Ravens) ever lose a superbowl I'll get emotional. But as of now I only get pissed and the AFC Championship game was the last time that happened.

Now, on the drive back, I tuned in to I think the Eagles station is 96.1 or 97.1. I forget which.

Anyways, I listen, 3-0 Eagles, 3-3 tie. 10-3. And it goes on. At some point it was If I remember correctly, 37-3. And I quote Merril Reese "The score is 37-3, and we are NOT drunk! We are NOT drunk! This is real! I can't believe it!" During that game.. I cried because I thought of that gay 1 yard loss to Washington, our whole season.. and thought "We did it.. We did it"

And also, I ran home from bowling with my friends and I thought we were STILL getting blown out in the Cards game. The score was 25-24, When we lost that game, I laid on the floor and just banged the floor and dealt with it.
I kno EXACTLY what ur sayin and i almost cried....well i did in both of those situations. and merrils voice just somehow makes u cry or at least get emotional. but i really remember feeling pissed off at the team after the bears game. i just wanted to punch someone right in the face. even tho i still feel like buck had got the tip of the ball across the line. i dont care what any one says, we got screwed in that game.
                EAGLES!!!! 13-3 :pepsi:

I've only been really following football since '02, but as a Packer fan there's been some times when I was simply heartbroken.

                      Two in particular stand out:

-'03 Divisional game... 4th and 26. Nuff said. Fuck you Bhawoh Jue.

-'07 NFC Championship... in a year when my CFL team, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, lost the Grey Cup by one score when we had to play our backup quarterback, it's hard to say whether that game or this one was more heartbreaking. The whole week I was excited because I felt that the Giants would be an easier opponent than the Cowboys, and then the game comes and Green Bay gets outplayed the whole game and then, out of nowhere, Lawrence Tynes hits a 40+ yarder after missing two easier ones before that, and I was simply stunned. Not even a minute after that game was over my buddy tries to call me to (I can only assume) talk about the game. I didn't answer.

I'm kinda weird when it comes to watching the NFL though, more often than not I get more emotional when I'm watching a game featuring either New England or Pittsburgh (I hate both teams... and yes, neither are even in the same conference as Green Bay so that's what makes it even more strange). And Super Bowl XL made me extremely angry, so much so that at one point I just bit down on my thumb as hard as possible.
