To be fair, I live a just below North Philly, on the proverbial "cusp" and a dude was shot 7 times at 11AM 3 days ago just about a block away from me.

Moral of the story: go to North Philly, and there's a decent chance you could get shot, and even multiple times.

EDIT - Okay, wow, after a little more research, this was Dixon's shooting. I didn't realize that it happened so close by to me.
