Or he could be banned for life for giving the league a black eye. He's an ex convict, 6 weeks is more than fair.
So, metaphorically speaking, our physiology basically has the universe mapped out and you're thinking it needs to be taught addition & subtraction.

I thought I read the Bill's owner wanted MV to be reinstated. I wonder why?

MV and TO on the same team? How long do you think TO would last with a QB that has horrible accuracy?

LOL.. there isn't a coach in football that would trot Vick out with a month of camp/preseason after he's been out of the game for 2 years.

This isn't Madden.. you can't just sign a guy off the street and watch him pick up everything instantly.

I doubt the Vikings would sign him to be their primary QB (maybe add Wildcat to their playbook?) but he would add another offensive weapon to their offense that they desperately seek. The Vikings only lack one solid playmaker on offense to really be in position to make a run in the playoffs.

This is really not at all. He wouldnt be ready to go Week 1 anyways and I doubt a team would have him as their starter from Week 1 even if he could.

Why would anyone say this is unfair to Vick? He gets to go to training camp and practices. He cannot play until week 7, but quite frankly, a rather lax 6 game suspension is hardly anything for what he put the league, his team, and his teammates through.

I know. People complained that MV should get a second chance. Now he gets the second chance and people are complaining it's not good enough. Boggles the mind.

6 week regular season game suspension, and still be allowed in a training camp, and also practice with a team during those first 6 weeks of the regular season is pretty darn good.

He should be glad he isn't banned for life, which according to NFL rules he should be.
