Calvin Johnson put up #'s in that inept Lions offense.

As has been said, Roy Williams is lazy. Sure, he might put up a huge season or two if he's motivated (Cowboys are winning, he's getting respect). He'll never be an elite WR though.

He has a history of missing games with minor injuries (and coming out of games). He's only played 16 games once. Last season, before the trade, he was completely ineffective (Most of that with Kitna at QB as well...) while Calvin Johnson was good int he same system.

He's also entering his 6th NFL season, which is (generally) when WR's begin to deteriorate. Considering his work ethic and injury history that doesn't bode well. He'll have one or two more seasons before he's forced to transition into a possession style WR or fade out of the league.

Can Roy be a pro-bowl WR again? Yes. But he doesn't have Fitz hands

I saw him do it one time in the 2002 Cotton Bowl, but I was hungover so I might be misremembering.

Yeah, cause Herm and I agree that the next Fitz is our own Kenny Britt.
