I think it has a lot to do with the QB's throwing him the ball as well... In Sota he had a QB with one of the biggest arms ever in the NFL in an offense that wanted to pass over and over due to the lack of backs they had.

Is anyone mistaking Jeff George , an old broken Cunningham , Brad Johnson , Culpepper as stellar QBs ? Theres a reason there was a rotating door at QB.

He can never surpass Rice, because of the Super Bowls, the records, and the overall commitment to the game. Can't call someone the best WR if he has admitted to not trying every play, just can't do it. Even without that, I still don't think he'd ever be able to surpass Rice. As brilliant as he's been at times, Moss is nowhere near as consistent as Jerry Rice was throughout his career.

When it's all said and done, I'd put him in my top 5 as far as all-time WRs, and physically he may be the most gifted ever, but with 0 rings and the whole taking plays off thing, he's got no shot at ever catching the GOAT.
