And now I switch games to the local Bucs preseason game...

God bless regional news stations and their fanatical devotion to hometown teams. :D

Also of note: John Lynch is calling the game.

      Awesome.

"Uncle" Luke McCown going through a series for the Bucs right now... Tampa just can't help but try to give the ball to the Titans... Collins immediately goes for the jump ball in the endzone; no good... Chris Johnson up now...

Edit: ...Titans up "3 - Nothing" as Rob Bironas dusts off his leg for league play.

Lynch: "McCown is a good player but he has a propensity for making bad plays that hurts his team..."

I'd have to agree as we'll get to see Byron Leftwich (<3), Josh Johnson (Madden darling) and Josh Freeman (Rookie) tonight.

Leftwich shows off his still-cannonlike arm as he hits Clark for a TD... I see great things for him (teamwise, this squad's still young as hell and will be lucky to sniff the playoffs) if he keeps this up.

            Maybe a starting job?

Edit: Stylez G. White (sp?) going nuts on defense with a sack on Collins (why is he still in?) and a stop behind the line against Chris Johnson.

                  Okay?

Anyone's going to be angry when someone drops a pass, especially twice, and especially when it's his first few throws in the NFL.

These late-night games are killing me here... this one being at 10 PM ET.

It'll be on Justin.tv probably but then again, you're better hitting up a sports bar.

It's a pre-season game, no reason to pout.

It's his first game as an NFL player, his adrenaline is pumping. Also he is trying to wi. The starting job so he is gonna be out there playing hard, preseason or not.

To me it just looked he was pissed that thy didn't get any yards, I doubt he was cursing at Colbert. Most qbs curse when there is an incomplete pass.

He's also a rookie trying to win a starting job.

I'd have a similar reaction if someone dropped a pass I threw in a pick-up game, it's just a natural reaction.

A WR dropped a perfectly thrown ball,,,how exactly does that effect Stafford trying to get a starting job??
