sidenote - gilbride called some good plays today?? holy shit

...and don't forget special teams. All three phases did the job today. Let's hope Victor Cruz can give this effort every week.

      fixed!

One of the more 'proud' wins in a while. I am so happy. Cards with the win, this is a great day for sports.

agreed. tynes actually had a touchback today!

they did a good job not letting up a big special teams return today. though they were lucky when that one god awful punt by weatherford for like 20 yards before the end of the half only lead to 3 points.

boley ross and JPP played great on defense. antrel rolle bummed it up for all the shit he talked this week along with that stupid personal foul penalty. mccoy was stylin on him all game.

Was disgusted to see JPP give up on a play to cry for a flag on that McCoy TD...

It's still amazing that McCoy was able to run all over the Giants defense consistently...and their offense was still not able to get going. Great job.

Still need to see the offense play better throughout the game instead of for half a quarter....then sit out until the 4th. But a win is a win, no matter how much Vick bitches.

Great fucking win. I went hoping that if we didn't win we would at least fuck up Vick. Really happy we got to do both.

Two things that helped bigtime were obviously no turnovers and no big plays allowed. Force the Eagles to put together long drives and they're in deep shit, especially in short yardage.

Game balls go to Cruz and Ross. Two guys at depleted positions who stepped their games up big time.

Mike Vick, Steve Smith, Desean Jackson, Andy Reid and Rocky Balboa can all hold mah dick.

After such an emotional division game, Giants have to guard against a letdown next week in Arizona.

I'm not sold on Cruz yet. Despite his solid performance yesterday, he's still just a preseason stud to me.

agreed....the catch in double coverage was nice but that was like a fucking hailmary school yard play. The other TD was b/c the Iggles forgot how freaking tackle a guy. Bottom line is if Mannigham continues to be in and out this guy will need to make plays otherwise Eli is in big trouble.

How about the game Jaiquan Williams had? 6th round pick had a lot of playing time and was all over the field. One of those speedy defensive guys out of USF, potential seems pretty good there for a project guy.

Everytime I've come into this thread all week I've left wanting to throw myself into traffic. Funny picture though.
