    Raiders cut Jeff Garcia

Wow.. that's all I can say.

Just hand San Diego the division already

The plan was for quarterback Jeff Garcia to push starter JaMarcus Russell, the first pick in the 2007 draft, to get better.

He's looked terrible in preseason. Not only that but he has been acting like a prick on the field when he does play, yelling at his receivers and throwing temper tantrums after every incomplete pass. Russel has hands down looked much better than him and even Gradkowski has looked much better.

i doubt any of these teams really want a Jeff Garcia.

Jacksonville= They have put their trust into Garrard and Garcia has made it public that he wants to start, and will pull a bitch fit until he does get a starting job. I don't see how Jeff Garcia does anything to help an already questionable team chemistry/psyche.

Denver= New coach, already have controversy, why bother bringing in Garcia. Kyle Orton and Chris Simms are both on that roster and Garcia would have to learn the spread offense, something i don't see him excelling in.

San francisco has there own mess on their hands..Davis/Hill/Smith all could start, and different people in that organization want different QB's to start. No reason to bring in an attention whore like Garcia to clutter the mess.

You jest, oh wise one....Lol, Carmella, much less Jeff-too-bad-back-Garcia, couldn't win a "position" on the Bucs.....she's a re-tread as well!

The Bucs trade of McCown to the Jags ended a chance for Garcia to go there. Garcia is #3 on "most" charts now, a #2 at best, and might be a fit, as you said, for the Pats.

The same Garcia that wanted $7+ million from the Bucs before the start of last season b/c he felt he wasn't being paid "starters money." And like I said before last season - 2,300 yards and 12 touchdowns does not = starter.

This guy knew he was at his wits end. That is why he made such a stink about his contract in Tampa. He was looking to cash-in just one more time because he knew he wouldn't get a deal anywhere else. The same guy that talked shit about Gruden and the fans who talked shit about Gruden for wanting to upgrade over Garcia now see why Gruden tried to upgrade last season. Garcia sucks dick.
