Eagles win simply because of Asuante vs Smith. I really dont see the eagles stopping the panthers running attack but I do see them containing smitty.

This is a tough. tough game for the Birds.

Panthers' two-headed RB monster will be a serious challenge ... and the Eagles are still adjusting to life without Jim Johnson, Dawkins and Stewart Bradley.

The Eagles are coming into the season with a lot of question marks. We also start slow all the time, so it wouldn't shock me to see the Eagles lose this week.

It will be low scoring full of mistakes game. Just like game one of every season Igglez will start of slow, win the game and the Philly papers will start asking for McNabb's replacement and then the boneheads on ESPN will blow it out of proportion. BTW Delhomme will throw three picks lose the game and there still won't be a QB controversy here in Charlotte.

So start to another season and guess who's not gonna play week 1. Shawn Andrews. Tell me again why they have this mental, ass-clown on the team again? This guy talks game, and then when gametime comes around he pulls a "Barret Robbins". Can we go ahead and IR this guy and cut him in the offseason please!!

And sign Runyan too. I rather have a guy playing and putting effort than this a-hole's mantra of taking the check and not showing up.

BTW Winston Justice starts this weekend, I hope he does better than last time.
