The list of loudmouth assholes Miami has produced is staggering:

      Michael Irvin
      Warren Sapp
      Ray Lewis
      Kellen Winslow
      Jeremy Shockey
      Jerome Brown
      Bennie Blades

      etc

Unless you are alum, or some thug life gansta wandering the streets of Broward County, I don't see how you can't loathe that program, and all of their "student" athletes.
Miami isn't Thug U anymore. Randy Shannon's cleaning the program up.

Great fourth quarter last night, I watched the whole thing. Harris could be the real deal man. He just needs to add some muscle. I think the announcers said he's 6'4 185?

Even I hate the Gator Chomp. It looks retarded.

But at least our band can play more than one song, like F$Us band...

Can you tell me this, why can Florida fans not coordinate their chomps? I've been in that stadium for two games, meaning I've witnessed the whole crowd try to do the gator chomp in unison approximately 50 times, and not one of those times did any two people clap at the same time.

Why do Florida fans lack the basic rhythm to all clap at the same time? The shit really sounds like a 90,000 gun firing squad. Very annoying to have to sit through as a visiting fan.

The University of Miami will RUE THE DAY it decided not to renew its scholarship offer to Brown. He shoulda, woulda, coulda been a 'Cane. All we had to do was renew and all that BS played out in the media would have been history.

btw - dude ran for 100+ on 11 touches in his first game. He is a super stud. Best running back I've seen in HS in a LONG time. He was the fastest guy on the field Saturday by a great margin.

It hurts my soul to see Bryce in creamcicle.

Didn't Randy Shannon tell him he didn't want him because he was a thug or something?

No. He is the farthest from a thug. He is a god fearing kid from a god fearing family. He and his family are good people.

He was dickin' around in his recruitment, Randy decided to show his balls and didn't renew the offer after it had passed.

Bryce still comes to campus on the regular...was here for CaneFest for crying out loud. Big O had to tell the MF'r to get the fuck out of the locker room, he had no place there. I lul'd...Bryce didn't.

                          Special teams.

He is playing middle linebacker, but we don't rotate our LBs that much and our MLB is Sharpton this year.

                            I don't know, I never did it.

My parents did it at home in NJ when I was growing up, so it looked ridiculous with the 2 of them. It just never looked right to me. I do love all the cheers, though...I still do them when I hear them on TV.

I hear other teams try and do it...like F$Us lame "Garnet" "Gold" thing is a blatant ripoff of the "Orange" "Blue". I actually heard someone use the "It's Great...to be...a Florida Gator." thing with another team with too many syllables. Horrible.

I've heard LSU fans try this many a home game when walking down the tunnels. It annoys the shit out of me, one too many syllables and it belongs to another team. I also hate when Tennessee fans do that one, because "It's Great to be a Tennessee Vol" just sounds like shit and doesn't fit the cadence at all.

I still remember being at that national title game against Miami and watching some Miami players watch it go all the way around the stadium in amazement.
