This is what happens when you start a true freshman at the Shoe.

If Aaron Corp starts this game I think USC has a much better offense. Not saying USC would win, but I think the offense would have been much more efficient.

Still don't know why Corp hasn't been seen, I'm assuming his leg is pretty bad.

Oh hey it's Joe McKnight the number 1 recruit in the world a few years ago I forgot he was on USC.

Wow huge pass from Barkley to McCoy. That was scary the ball seemed like it was in the air forever to me.

Even if Corp is healthy, you potentially hurt Barkley's confidence if you just yank him, especially if he isn't playing horribly, and who knows what effect that would have on his development.

I don't think rotating QBs is the way to go either.

I think Barkley is the starting QB until at least the first bye week. Then the coaching staff can open back up the QB competition and go with whichever one they feel gives them the best chance to win.

I agree and Barkley has played well tonight but Corp would have much better field awareness in general (seeing the blitz, audibling at the LOS, etc.) which really would have helped tonight.

Just would have been interesting to see the difference between the two. Hopefully we will get to at some point.
