        Oakland has got to find a replacement for Russell. This team is going nowhere with him at QB. Like others have already posted, I think they would be a decent team with a better starting QB.

        I wanted the Raiders to draft Russell because I thought he would be the answer to the quarterback troubles the team has had since Gannon retired. I was wrong. JR isn't the answer.

            It's good to see the fans are starting to see the light when it comes to russell. He's the worst starting QB in the NFL.

                Yea he's bad but he did lead his team twice when it mattered
