Rams have ONE sack in two games, and never even touch the QB. I guess it's not so easy for Spags when you don't have Strahan, Tuck, Osi, Kiwanuka, etc. That front four would get pressure on their own, without having to blitz, making his life alot easier.

That, and all his talk of a power running game has resulted in S. Jackson having a whopping 33 carries in two games, and only two healthy HB's on the roster.

And the Rams are still the same undisciplined, sloppy bunch they were under Lamehan and Martz, even though Spags purged 40% of the roster.

You can have him back.

You can rip Martz all you want, but he made the playoffs 5 of 6 years, and the team was always a contender when he was around. There is no way, no how, Martz would have ever gone 5-27.

More important, they had an identity, and a swagger. You knew what they were, even if you didn't like it.

And it's become crystal clear over the last few years that Martz was right about John Shaw & Jay Zygmundt, and it should have been them that got the boot, not him. They ended up forced out anyway three years later, and it became obvious Martz was a scapegoat.

And i'm not throwing Spags under the bus, because I hated the hire to begin with.

But if anyone is being fair about him, he hasnt done anything he was stressing he would do. Where is the power running game? Jackson never sees the ball, yet all we heard was how he would be a 25+ carry workhorse. Where is the pressure from the defense? One sack, and almost no pressures or hurries. They never get anywhere near the QB.

These things are independant from winning. No one expected them to win. But it's just the sme old same old. That's unacceptable, because he turned the roster over.

haha seriously. i have played football with a broken finger. its not that hard to do.

this is probably the last time you see him in a Bucs jersey since he was on a 1 year contract.
