JaMarcus Russell Is The Worst #1 Overall Pick In NFL History

Is it safe to say that? I mean, he is embarrassing to watch. He is so erratic and he is having a terrible season right now: three games in which his completion percentage was 40% or under. Not even under 50%... fucking 40% or under. He is the Kwame Brown of the NFL. There is no way he is anything more than a third stringer on any other team. If there is another #1 pick worse than Russell, I'd love to hear the argument for it.
