Interesting that people are so determined to trash a guy that they excuse terrible coaching entirely JUST so they can continue the bashing.

Every Boys fan on this site has trashed Romo for his retardedness...its the non cowboy fans who make every excuse in the world to make only about him. Then turn around and say noones trying to focus or hate on Romo tee hee !!!

I guess every Boys fans who actually watches the team and every analyst the last 2 years who have trashed Phillips ,JG and the playcalling are just conspiring to protect Romo.
Best reason to have a license.

The hilarious thing about Dallas fans is if Donovan McNabb or Eli Manning played the way Romo does and had the bad games he has, they would be ALL OVER him. But because he's Romo and plays for Dallas everyone is out to get him. GTFO. This is not elementary school. Nobody has a grudge against Romo and wants him to fail because he plays for Dallas, remember, you aren't that important. Get over yourselves. It's because he sucks.
      Sorry, that's a bold-faced lie.

If Romo played for Miami, Atlanta, Baltimore, Jacksonville, Carolina, et al, and put up the exact same numbers he has with the exact same success (or lack thereof, as some say), he'd be called a gutsy player who overcame adversity to become one of the better quarterbacks in football. Guys like Drew Brees, Jake Delhomme, Aaron Rodgers and David Garrard are proof of this.

Because he plays for Dallas, he's a choker.

I'll admit he's having a shit year thus far, but this kiind of bullshit was going on long before that game in Denver.

        1) Miami, Atlanta, Baltimore, Jacksonville, and Carolina don't have the talent that the Cowboys have on offense.

        2) You should never try to compare Tony Romo to the likes of Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers. They are much better quarterbacks than Romo.

        3) Jake Delhomme is shitty but in a time not too long ago he actually led his team to a Super Bowl.

        4) Garrard led his team to a playoff victory.

        5) Until Romo can actually win a playoff game, he is going to be criticized and bashed especially because the Cowboys are one of the most lucrative sports franchises in the world today.

        So get used to it.

This is nothing new, I've been "used to it" for nearly 20 years.

lulz @ Drew Brees with his 1 playoff victory and Rodgers with his 20 games of experience being "much better".

I dont ever talk shit about Eli or Mcnabb.

And it is funny that Rodgers whos never been to a playoff game, is better than Romo when he gets so much flack for not winning in the Post season.

I'll give you Rodgers people love him cause he's the "other guy" in the whole Favre situation.

There's no way Romo is better than Brees though. Romo throws an INT every 18 pass attempts, Brees' throws one every 24. If you just take Brees' stats since Romo has been playing that number goes up to one INT ever 27 passes. Brees is easily much better than Romo. If Romo went to NO with his careless play and turnovers he'd be a downgrade compared to Brees.

If Romo went to N.O hed be reunited with Payton and would be playing at an elite level like he did before Garret fucked him.

yeah i'm sure. seriously KOF, you are better than this. brees is light years ahead of Romo.

of course he gets extra pressure, attention and hate, but that doesn't have anything to do with him sucking ass.

There are none. By the time Romo became the starter, Payton was gone.

BTW, Payton receives too much credit for Romo's development. Yes, he is the one who discovered him and set him on the right path, but David Lee is really the one who groomed him.

Wade Wilson is the current QB coach and equally as worthless as most of the staff.

There's no such thing as orginality anymore, man. It's a message board. Everything's been done. But I assure you Nuk was not my inspiration for that.

Either way, it doesn't make what I said before any less true.

Lol, a Romo fan trying to knock Brees down by bringing up his playoff victories.

Not trying to bring him down, genius. Just stating how funny it is that the biggest knock on Romo is his lack of playoff success while Drew Brees, who has 1 playoff victory in many more tries, is practically a god here.

That's because Drew Brees is a great quarterback. He is hands down a top 5 QB in this league. Anyone with two eyeballs and half of a brain can see that.

Anyone that has ever played a team sport like football knows that it is a team sport. That is why guys like Trent Dilfer have won Super Bowls and guys like Dan Marino and Jim Kelly never won a single one.

And please don't act like you would have ever thought of Brees in the same way if Nuk hadn't of brain washed you to think like you do now.
