Not in this thread but you were bringing up the Bears in the Orton tracking thread while taking lame shots at Denver. So that leads me to believe that part of this does have to do with the Bears (for you).

I'm gonna go out on a really short limb and say you didn't watch that game.

Which Bears mistake was bigger, letting go of Benson or Orton?

I'm convinced that Orton is a better QB for a system while Cutler is better for an offense like Chicago because he can make plays. It's just unfortunate he doesn't have much help at the skill positions around him right now.
This is what I was saying when the trade went down . McDaniels system doesn't need a qb who can sling it 90yards nor does it need a QB who can "Buy time" with his legs . It's simple little timing patterns .....

Just drop back and get the ball out your hands quickly is what it seems to be unless it's a designed deep ball .

When there was reports that McDaniels asked Cutler to change his qb style a bit and learn to check down and be more sensible with the ball and Cutler took it as an insult it didn't shock me at all . Hes from that Patriot mindset where it's all about limiting turnovers and being efficent on offense .

We all saw what he did with Cassell after week 5 or 6 .... and Orton IS a better qb than Cassell imo

Also on topic , when did being 5-0 mean anything other than being 5-0? You don't schedule games . You play who the schedule says you play and you beat them . Denver is beating everybody infront of them one way or another . And after all .... winning by 99 is the same as winning by 1

i kind of like Ortons 10-15 yard passes, but then at times, like right before halftime, Broncos had a lot of field to cover, and threw up a prayer and Moss caught it, that was when i kinda missed Cutler

I agree with this, people seem to think its college football or something and Denver is scheduling teams like SW Denver City College. Every team the Broncos have beaten (aside from New England) has either been a divisional opponent, or an opponent the Raiders/Chargers/Chiefs have to play. Those games will go a long way towards winning the AFC West.

It's also hilarious how people were waiting for Denver to get exposed by Dallas and New England, and now people wanna downplay those wins.

i didnt mean hail marys i just meant like 20-25 yard passes, work his way down the field, instead of just throwing to Moss

and yea i DONT miss his INTs

i think the broncos are a pretty solid team. Not a SB team, but they are beating some great teams. Marshall is extremely impressive.

i especially love how mcdanials snubbed the hoody in the post game handshake

That depends on whether or not you said the same about Weis, Mangini and Crennel

Herm, considering the fact that the majority of Broncos fans are suprised by this start there is no need to apologize for doubting this team.

I'd think Baltimore would scare you to. I know they lost to the Bengals, who you beat(if you thats what you want to call it), but the Ravens are still a very dangerous team. I'd say that the Ravens and Colts are better than the Broncos.
