And they have Steve Slaton, who in a year or two I could see being more valuable a running back then Bush.

Lol i thought you were a bust when you fail to make a impact on your team. just because the saints o line sucks at run blocking and bush isnt a disciplined runner doesnt make him a bust.

Slaton can't take two Punt returns to the house in one game.

Very true, but in a year or two I think Slaton will be a more valuable back who doesn't just look to turn it up outside and is an every down back.

Mario is better than bush, you can't even argue at this point. Anyways, I think Bush can come back and still be a play maker. Everyone just hyped him too much, he is a good player in my eyes... just not Barry Sanders.

How can you compare a DE with a RB? Thats just stuipd. Bush lead the Sanits to the playoffs two years ago. Or at least helped. He been hurt ever since, and look where the Sanits have gone since. Mario just lead his team in catogory;s that really dont matter if you're talking team wise. Bush is just having a rough start. Don't flame him.

its funny, i got bored and was watching the Kim Kardashian show when he called her and told her he injured his knee and could be out the whole year, then i think her sister walked in and kept saying that he injured in by all the weird sex they were having.

next episode, they were in NO for a fund raiser for him and he helped this one family who lost everything and was living in a trailer for like 2 yrs and they got lots of furniture and tickets to a game.

anyway, he seems like hes taking a back seat, like Young this season, Leinart since forever, Cutler since his first year.

Yea, bush is only a bust at purely the runningback position.

he is THE most elusive runner in the NFL hands down, no one compares, his speed kills, agility is something crazy, and the guys importance to his team is next to none. I think people expected reggie bush to be a pure runningback and thats not what he is on a proffesional level, the guy is one of the best players in the NFL, just not at runningback. he is pretty much just the athlete that does everything.

anyway, he has the best doctor in the country, I went to James Andrews group when I tore up my shoulder and I was still trying to play football, they stuck 5 stainless Steel screws in my shoulder and while I can't scratch my back or stretch my arms out like I used too, I can sleep at night without having to worry about my shoulder dislocating because I slept the wrong way.

the doctor he went to is the BEST, hands down, and I think Bush will come back healthy and a playmaker once again.

so maybe he can't run up the middle, everyone is scared of him and prepares for him for a reason, he doesn't have to run up the middle.

i dont disagree that bush is an impact player on offense, but he was supposed to be the next barry sanders or something and he isnt. he cant run between the tackles, hell he can barley make it around the end. He is a monster on punts and his pure speed is nasty, ghe is what he is, a playmaker that you can get the ball to in space and let him do his thing. but he is not what he was touted to be as the next great running back.

the 2nd pick and the draft and a huge contract for an every other down RB/ special teams guy....

The saints thought they were getting an elite player....instead they got a guy who couldnt even keep Deuce McAllister's spot warm...

he's got a lot to prove or else he's going to be mentioned in the same breath as Tim Couch and Charles Rogers...

                          Jason Kidd,Terrell Brandon,Antonio McDyess, Penny....
they were never the same after Microfracture surgery

Have you seen the saints o line try to block? Its a reason they go pass happy just about every game.
