Less than 24 hours away from the deadline. I can already see waking up tomorrow to some ESPN text alerts saying players are on the move.

Since when did the NFL trade deadline turn into the MLB trade deadline? I doubt anything significant happens, could be wrong, but I doubt it.Comment

It was rumored earlier that Miami gave up 2 draft picks for Bowe. Obviously that hasn't been confirmed. IMO, if we get Bowe it'll be tomorrow after we activate Roth. Roth, a 2nd, and a 4th or 6th and I think he's ours.
I'm definitely pulling for it.
Your confused...
Originally posted by Adam Schefter3. Kansas City wide receiver Dwayne Bowe to Baltimore for second- and fifth-round picks: Kansas City has proven that it is willing to listen to offers for anybody and the Ravens still haven't given quarterback Joe Flacco the ace target he needs. Bowe probably isn't worth a first-round pick now, but he could be worth a couple of valuable picks in the deep 2010 draft.

I'll add evidence to Houtz's takes.
WQAM out of Miami is stating the Dolphins are in talks with KC and Carolina. KC would include Bowe and Dorsey or undisclosed amount; Carolina would include Steve Smith for undisclosed amount. Miami is weighing which one, if either, would be better for the organization.
IMO though......it's all rubbish and none of it will happen.Last edited by f16harm; 10-20-2009, 10:27 AM.Comment
