Why are these teams getting new unis?

New Nike Pro Combat stuff...the most lightweight uniforms they've ever created. Increased flexibility, won't retain sweat, etc. Everything basically retooled from top to bottom. New fabrics and crap. Basically, a handful of teams are going to give them a test drive.

I love the concept, even some of the designs, but there's a bit too much going on with some of the uniforms.

The Pro Combat Gear in itself is remarkable and I like it.

Nice...looks like 10 teams are getting these uniforms by that website.

Texas, Florida St., Ohio St., Virginia Tech, and TCU known so far. Looks like Florida and LSU too, going by the pics of the gloves people found.
