I challenge you guys to find someone worse.
His main job seems to be evaluating QBs and their play. Nevermind that he's most famous for game-managing his way to a Superbowl. The worst part though is his obnoxious reactionary comments every week.
A few weeks ago he was listing his Top 5 QBs in the NFL and put Kyle Orton ahead of Tom Brady. That's something even I wouldn't say. I guess this was just done for shock value because leading up to it they kept saying things like: "Next Trent will list his Top 5 QBs AND YOU'LL NEVER BELIEVE who he has in it."
Then after the Broncos lose to the Steelers this same Trent Dilfer is doing long monologues on why Orton isn't a good QB.
Yesterday he also said if he were starting a team from scratch, Phillip Rivers would either be the first player or QB he'd take. A few weeks ago I don't even think Rivers was in his top 5.
Other nominees include:
Adam Schefter - Makes up rumors with the only source being what he thinks is going to happen. ESPN spent the few days leading up to the trade deadline discussing scenarios that he made up. He kept saying the Steelers would sign Larry Johnson just because Johnson has always wanted to play for them and is from Pa. Other media outlets just took his word and ran with it even though the Steelers don't really sign a lot of free agents, especially jackasses like LJ.
Mortensen - Does a worse job than Schefter and you can see in his face that he is aware of this.
John Clayton - Constantly makes inaccurate predictions. Also states things as fact with the only source being his imagination.
Matt Millen - http://www.virtualsportsnetwork.com/...ad.php?t=43506
Merrill Hoge - Always reminds everyone that he was a runningback and played for the Steelers. Says things like you need a "factor back" to win a Superbowl, then changed the definition of factor back from just RB to any position on the field.
Chris Berman - Does commercials for food designed to make you lose weight (Nutrisystem) then does commercials for food that'll make you gain weight (Applebee's). Also his whole nickname thing is annoying and onbnoxious.
