I'm with you on this, as far as the league is concerned... but the Ravens D does not fit those statements. The starters on the Ravens Defense have a combined 54 yrs with the team. That is an average of 5 yrs per player. There are actually only 2 players in the starting linup that have less than 3 yrs with the team. That D has been together for a while now, and that is why they are one of the best units in the game today.

I agree with that. But whats wrong with the rest of league that cant stop a rookie QB, talented or not. large play books ,audibles, in game situations. he doesnt know half the offense and yet they are a game away from the SB....? -D- supports the ability to win games- it doesnt win games singularly.
it just speaks to me that a team hit all the right random notes without having to trully work its way through better competition.

It was 3rd and 2, the pass was completed for about 30 yards. If the penelty would have been called it would have been 3rd and 7. So... if we're going to argue "might-have beens" and "what-ifs". Then there is a good chance the Ravens would have picked up the first down anyway.

Dont get it twisted, its like beating a dead horse...YOUR INABILITY TO CASH IN WITH 3 TURNOVERS AND A MISSED FG HELPED US WIN THE GAME. All this blamin the refs/officiating is just a weak attempt to justify why when you got popped in the mouth, you couldnt handle it. Yes we got the delay but any true Ravens fan can tell you how many times we've got screwed the past 2-3 years in critical games. All the phantom calls last year against the Pats in the closing seconds, the overturned TD in the last meeting with the Steelers, the suspect calls to put the Titans in FG range earlier this season in the closing seconds, etc...etc...etc... So yeah Ill take the one break we get as well as the W and look forward to 630 next Sunday. Do you Titan fans really think you can win it all based on one guy? When Johnson left the game (cause he soft), yall was through. It was very obvious in my book that the confidence level of the Titans left along with Johnson. I will say this, I dont know if we can take another game like that. Was definately pullin for SD...
