I think it takes 3 years until you can really evaluate a WR. Those Roddy White stats prove the theory.

Reggie Williams had a 19th ranked passing offense to play with. DHB has the 32nd. And some of you actually agree with this list? You honestly believe that DHB is a bigger bust than Reggie Williams? Ridiculous.

And we're going by what? His rookie season? l o l. Calvin Johnson couldn't even beat out Shaun McDonald in his rookie season, and he had Mike Martz and the 9th best passing offense. Fast forward to 2009 - Devin Hester has more yards than Calvin Johnson. Megatron, baby!

Reggie may have scored more touchdowns in one season then DHB might in his entire career.

Heck, he did score more TDs in one season then 8/10 players on this list.

Sylvester Morris should of made this list for sure. Chiefs spent the 21st overall pick on him and he only played one year in the NFL. That's not exactly a great career.

Career ending injury. He actually had a good rookie year for the Chiefs.

He's been in the NFL for a number of years, and manages to weasel his way onto the field. I don't think he's a bust, and I don't think anyone who saw him in college would think he'd be a great NFL WR. He isn't that physically talented.

Glad someone mentioned R. Jay Soward. He had such bad hands, it was almost a joke. He made Bill Schroeder seem "glue-fingered".
