QFT, that should be the title of this thread.

Except for the fact that they don't. Dallas didn't sign a big-name FA last year, nor do I expect them to this year. In fact, the vast majority of their talent is homegrown.

The only big money FAs are Bigg Davis (who was considered a massive bust leaving Arizona) and TO (who they initially got on the cheap for obvious reasons).

Looks like this one is just waiting for the official Free Agency date. Sad

I heard this morning that Ray still talks to Ware at least once a week and (sorry if this has already been mentioned), after Baltimore spanked Dallas this season - Ray walked up to Ware, pointed to the star on his helmet and said, "That's my dream... to wear that star".

Weird dream Ray.

I really think he's just leveraging. I'll believe RayLew wants to be a 'Boy when I see his press conference at Valley Ranch.

BTW, he and TO are cool. They've been chattering back and forth the last few months.

That he is almost done with deals that will have Ray Lewis, Bart Scott, Jason Brown and get T-Sizzle a long term contract.

As for Jim Leonard, he said Leonard would be released and allowed to go where ever he wants. Which I can see him going to the Jets and playing for Rex.

Zach Thomas has zero leadership skills.

He just inspires everyone because he's so resilient for a small guy and has lasted a long time.

He brings nothing to the table as a guy to take control of the locker room.

And when you have a coach like Wade Phillips who lets the players do whatever, you need a guy like that.

Only guy on Dallas' roster who has that ability that when he talks, they listen is TO, and he is afraid to do it because every time he opens his mouth, the media says he's "poisoning the team".

I wish more guys in Dallas' locker room had TO's mentality.

No way they sign all those guys. Suggs is going to want a huge contract, Jason Brown wants to be the highest paid center in the league and Bart Scott wants to cash in with this likely being his last chance at a big pay day.

And I never said he was the team leader. I said he's the only guy who has the ability to fire up a team in his words and get them behind him in that manner.

t.o. always comes up and gets players behind him. the sad part is that his biggest thing was passing the ball to him more. the only ppl on his side were other recievers! t.o.'s not a leader cuz hes an asshole. that team is full of immature grown ass men and ray lewis cant fix that...no matter how much he wants to try.
