the cowboys dont need ray lewis, the y have all the talent they will ever need. they need a head coach who will be left alone by jerry i-wish-i-was-al-davis jones. T.O. is not a leader, he is a cancer, he can't see that runnning the ball is what this team is built on and when the cowboys run the ball they win. (i don't have the stats off hand but we had them up during the regular season when i was constanly blasting the cowboys for underpreforming). This is not baseball or basketball, you can't just get the biggest superstars and expect to win.

Talk about a bitter Cowboys fan.

Zach led the Dolphins for 11 years and gave his heart and soul to the franchise along with his bro-in-law JT.

When he went to the Cowboys he SPECIFICALLY said in interviews he wasn't going there to ruffle feathers, be the leader, or steal someone's position. He conceded the "leader" role to Brady James. Ya know, the guy the Cowboys gave the money to and appointed as their #1 ILB of the future. Judging by his comments in articles, and actions, it looks to me like Brady James did a piss poor job as a leader in that locker room.

After all the losing in Miami, I guarantee Zach got nauseated when Dallas's season went to hell and the TO bullshit began. I don't blame him for being fed up and GTFO of Dallas.

Zach Thomas' idea of "leadership" was,

"I just don't want to step on any toes here"

The whole reason he was brought to Dallas was to provide someone in the lockerroom to lead the defense. Otherwise, we'd have been better off keeping Akin Ayodele.

Say all you want about the personalities in the lockerroom, but there are no prima donnas on Dallas' defense. He couldn't, or simply wouldn't lead them.

All he managed to do was get run over by backup fullbacks from the St. Louis Rams.

And for all the talk of him being unselfish, he was the one pointing the most fingers in the locker room after the disaster in Philly.

GTFOH, don't let the door hit you on the way out.
