Yeah, homicide detectives were there. She's definitely getting charged with something, though it's hard to say what exactly. As she's driving away, he made the decision to put himself at risk by jumping in the back.

She did try to kill him, but it wasn't premeditated.

Due to his recklessness Chris Henry is one of those guys who I thought would have a sad ending. Other than being put on IR I really hadn’t been following anything of Henry this year on or off the field, but when hearing about this I honestly can’t say I was surprised. I was saddened to hear about it though, because it seems he had been trying to better himself. Hopefully, he can recover and be able to continue his life.
