I'm done discussing this with you, Buzz. I'm not even sure if Calvin Johnson is better than Nate Burleson, Pierre Garcon or Mike Walker.

            My top 5...

            1) Fitzgerald
            2) Randy Moss
            3) Calvin Johnson
            4) Steve Smith (Panthers)
            5) Andre Johnson

I feel these guys make plays on their own. They attack the ball and they are dangerous after the catch.
You honestly think Wayne doesn't attack the ball or is dangerous after the catch? Do you forget all the amazing catches he's made over the years? He's also a machine on bubble screens.

I can buy that he's not as athletic as the others mentioned, maybe not as dynamic in the open field, but he's productive because he's good. He has great hands, great understanding of how to get open, great body control, and is consistent. To answer your question, I had him below Fitz and one spot above Moss.

I will give you credit for not overrating Andre Johnson like I'm seeing a lot in this thread. He's top 5 for sure, but he's not #1 until he can post a few seasons over 10 yards per catch. Seems like he only catches slants when I watch him. Part of that is Schaub's noodle arm and lack of deep ball accuracy, but I still would like to see more big play production out of AJ before I place him above Fitz or Steve Smith.

              This thread is redundant.

Fitz and Wayne are the best in the business right now. Forget listing the rest.

Is this just for this season? Either way, it's too early for all that IMO. I love having Miles on my fantasy team, and he looks like a complete WR, but there's a lot of good WRs in the league currently. Even if you just said this year, he might not crack the top 5.

He definitely has a bright future though.

It annoys me how overrated Fitzgerald is.

                            Fitzgerald
Andre Johnson (most underrated wideout in the league)
Brandon Marshall (nobody expected the season he is having)
Randy Moss (he is uncoverable when he wants to be)
                            Hines Ward

So, why do you think Austin is top 5 right now?

65 catches for 1138 yards, 11 TDs on a winning team and with only Tony Romo throwing to him.
