All Steelers need is to win out and have Denver lose to Philly or Kc and Jax lose to NE or Cle.

Here's how I have it:

NFC:

Dallas creeps in, by beating Washington on the road and regardless of the Week 17 game, Philadelphia will meet Dallas in the first round. I'll say the Eagles take the NFC East. The week 17 game between Ari/GB will be meaningless as well, despite who wins, they too will meet in the first round.

AFC:

Balti loses out to Pittsburgh and gets stunned by Oakland. Titans back into the playoffs with a huge win against San Diego @ Home, and take care of business in Seattle. While the Steelers, fall to Miami, Week 17.

The only way that Jax reaches the playoffs if Denver gets stunned @ home against Kansas City with Miami losing to Houston as well. I don't see it happening, but in this scenario Jax picks up the sixth seed and bumps Tennessee up to the fifth seed, should Denver & Miami stumble.
