Did Manning re-open the MVP discussion today?

LOL that I have ever denied being a Favre fan. I know that you aren't old enough to remember another QB before Manning being in Indianapolis but if he has the sack to play another 7 years, you will probably see him in a uniform other than a Colts uniform because football is a business and the owners won't give a damn about what Manning did for them and there is younger player they want to develop on the cheap. That's something that a young fucktard like you hasn't lived long enough to understand.
And Manning won't play for another team because he isn't a drama queen bitch like Favre is. He has the ability to retire when his time has come and he won't hold an entire organization hostage in the meantime. STFU and go take your meds you old senile piece of shit, you know nothing about me.
edit: LOL @ 'if he has the sack to play another 7 years' .. you are a complete fucktard I hope you know that. If Favre could ever accept he's an old over the hill douche bag, Manning would break his consecutive games streak. I know it sucks that your golden boy is worse at everything (most important being life) than Peyton, but seriously. Get a clue.Last edited by Esjay; 12-30-2009, 11:34 PM.Comment

Aaron was a Favre fan no doubt. But a lot of the time he was reasonably sensible about it. It never seemed to me like 100% completely blind man love for Aaron. Just man love. Sure he had his moments of MrBill like behavior but its really not even close. Bill is on a level all his own. I havent even met one as bad as him in my time in GB. There are Favre fans and then there is MrBill. Hes like his own category.
I enjoyed Aaron. He was a good Packers fan. He was a Favre fan more so but he was not nearly as over the top. At least not as I recall. I guess I have some sort of respect for Aaron since he and I used to pretty much live in the Packers thread on MM. Good times. Maybe thats stopping me from seeing how bad it was.Last edited by Spidey; 12-30-2009, 11:42 PM.Comment

You are a dumb piece of shit. My parents took me to meet Jeff George when I was 2 years old, he told me to play baseball because there was more money in it. Stop talking about things you have no idea about. You are a Favre cock sucker, this has been proven time and time again over the past 2 years and everyone knows it.
You really need to get some pussy or jack off more to reduce some of your juvenile aggression there Beavis :laugh:Comment

All of the Colts fans then used it as a lightning rod for their anger because they are so bent out of shape that their teams coach tossed a perfect season out the window and started ripping on Favre to try and feel better about the Colts loss. It went downhill from there...lolComment

Appreciated. Sucks to be a casualty in such event.
As I've said in the past, I find you to be a great poster on everything except the Favre topic. We have very different views on the topic. You are just way to extreme in your view for me to handle.Comment

Meeting Jeff George 10 years ago when you were still shitting your pantsis not such a big deal. Are you saying you actually have recollection of said meeting? I've met Bart Starr 3 times at Packer tailgate parties over the past 15 years. The only thing I can get from your putting that fact as the first in your retort is that you are saying Jeff George is to the Colts as Brett Favre was to the Packers? That is just asinine.

And no I do not have any recollection of meeting George. I do, however, have recollection of watching the AFC Championship against Pittsburgh with Jim Harbaugh under center. You know, the one where Aaron Bailey dropped the hail mary at the end of the game?
Go fuck yourself you idiot.Comment

This thread is hilarious. But to sum up the MVP discussion, if you look at the surrounding talent, there should be no question who is the Most Valuable Player.
Peyton Manning is getting by with Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark and table scraps. He's easily the best QB in the league, and he's on the best team record-wise in the NFL, which is no small feat considering this might be the worst supporting cast he's played with since his rookie year.Last edited by NAHSTE; 12-31-2009, 01:37 AM.Comment

Didn't Tarvaris Jackson lead the Vikings to the playoffs last year?
What would happen if Curtis Painter had to play the entire season?
Seriously, as much as I hate Manning and the Colts, I can not deny how incredible he's been this season. It's absolutely no contest.

The Colts have the worst rushing offense in the league, whilst the Vikings are 14th
The Colts D is ranked 7 places below the Vikings D
Manning has a better completion percentage, more yards, a better yards per attempt average, more TDs and has taken 24 less sacks
And the kicker? Last year the Vikings went 10-6 with Tavaris Jackson and some other garbage at QB. So far Brett Favre has improved them by one whole win.Comment

I don't understand how Rodgers isn't in the talks. I guess I'm looking for a legitimate reason. 33 total touchdowns, leads rushing for qbs as well. Plays behind the most inconsistent line in football yet still threads. Packers are one play away from being 11-4 and are 6-1 in the last 7 games I believe?Comment
